Non-Linear Film Fest is a fictitious festival celebrating this distinct narrative technique. Non-linear narratives first came to the screen during the silent film era within the French Avante-garde movement. Structural elements of Non-Linear films include flashbacks, flashforwards, and non-chronological or repetitive sequences.

Though Non-Linear films encompass all genres, the visual language of the festival is designed to attract audiences of more mature, cult classic films.

Posters designed to promote the festival and the films being screened. The use of geometric shape is inspired by fine art within the non-linear movement and illustrates the narrative structures of each film.
